3GENERATIONS.
ONE STANDARD.

A FAMILY TRADE. NOT JUST A BUSINESS.

Three generations.
Same family.
Same county.

It started with a grandfather who framed houses the hard way, passed to a father who ran his own crew, and now to John — the third generation. What changed across those years is the tools and the building codes. What stayed the same is the name on the truck and the standard behind it.

John runs the crew and serves with the Silverton Fire Department. The kind of commitment to neighbors that doesn’t turn off at five o’clock. When he walks your home, you’re talking to the owner, not a salesman.

THE FEARS THAT BRING PEOPLE TO US

What we will never do.

We will not abandon the job

We finish what we start. You get a schedule and a name to call when you have a question.

No surprise change orders

Changes go in writing, with a price, before the work changes. Nothing gets added to your bill quietly.

Your calls get returned

Usually the same day. The owner answers to his family name, not a call center.

BEFORE WE PICK UP A HAMMER

Straight answers.

How much does an addition or remodel cost?

Every job is priced from a measured scope, not a guess. A bathroom refresh and a second-story addition are very different numbers. After the on-site visit you get a written estimate with the work and the price spelled out, so you decide with the real figure in front of you.

How long does a project take from estimate to finish?

It depends on scope, materials, permits, and the time of year. Exterior work like roofing, siding, and decks moves fastest in the warmer months; interior remodels and kitchens schedule well through the winter. We give you a realistic timeline before you commit, and we book weeks out.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections for the work we perform. Ocean County towns each have their own requirements, and we account for that in the schedule.

Are you licensed and insured in New Jersey?

Yes. We carry a New Jersey home improvement contractor registration and liability insurance. Ask for current documentation before any work begins — we expect you to.

Do you do the work yourselves or subcontract it out?

Our crew handles the carpentry, framing, and finish work. Licensed trades — electrical, plumbing, HVAC — go to tradespeople we know and stand behind. You will know who is on your job and why.

What happens if something goes wrong after the job is done?

Call us. If something we built fails, we come back and make it right. We do not disappear after the final walk-through — that is exactly the fear that brings people to a family contractor in the first place.
