USABLE BY EVERYONE

Accessibility statement.

We want this site to work for every visitor. Here is what we do, and how to tell us when something falls short.

Our commitment

3rd Gen General Contracting wants this website to be usable by everyone, including visitors using assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a baseline for the site.

What we do

  • Structure pages with clear headings and landmarks so they work with screen readers.
  • Label every form field and provide descriptive alt text on images.
  • Keep body text contrast at least 4.5:1 against its background.
  • Make sure tap targets are at least 44px on mobile and the site works without a mouse.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as the embedded map, is provided by another service and may not meet the same standard. If you cannot access part of the site, contact us and we will help you get the information another way.

Report a problem

If you find something on this site that is hard to use, tell us through the contact form and we will work to fix it. Select “General enquiry” and describe what you ran into.
